Introducing our new High Cocktail Experience
at The Marlin Bar.
Available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 15:00 and 17:30, the High Cocktail is the perfect way to enjoy a relaxed afternoon with friends, colleagues or before an evening in the city.
For €39 per person, guests may enjoy two cocktails of their choice from our cocktail menu, accompanied by a luxurious sharing plateau featuring a selection of refined bites from the kitchen.
Expect freshly baked focaccia with butter and olive oil, Oysri oysters with mignonette, smoked eel brioche with crème fraîche, house-made zucchini croquettes and the famous Holtkamp shrimp croquette.
For guests looking to elevate the experience even further, both the oyster and eel brioche can be supplemented with Asetra caviar.
