Introducing our new High Cocktail Experience
at The Marlin Bar.
Available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 15:00 and 17:30, the High Cocktail is the perfect way to enjoy a relaxed afternoon with friends, colleagues or before an evening in the city.
For €39 per person, guests may enjoy two cocktails of their choice from our cocktail menu, accompanied by a luxurious sharing plateau featuring a selection of refined bites from the kitchen.
Expect Sourdough bread with butter and olive oil, Irish Gold oyster with mignonette, Zucchini and goat cheese croquette and Holtkamp shrimp croquette
For guests looking to elevate the experience even further, both the oyster and eel brioche can be supplemented with Asetra caviar.
Whether you join us for afternoon drinks, a late lunch or the perfect start to the evening, the High Cocktail offers the ideal balance between cocktails and refined seafood bites in the signature atmosphere
